White Bird Amplification provides service for its devices both during the warranty and post-warranty periods. The service does not cover repairs of devices from other manufacturers.

In the event of a malfunction or malfunction, the service for all White Bird Amplification devices under the guarantee, ie three years for electronics and two years for lamps, is free of charge.

Warranty, Complaints and Returns

  1. Products offered by White Bird Amplification are brand new.
  2. Complaints regarding mechanical damage to products and / or shipments arising during transport will be considered subject to the recording of a complaint protocol in the presence of the person delivering the product at the time of delivery of the product.
  3. In the case of non-compliance of products with the contract and in the case of product defects, according to the applicable regulations, complaints can be submitted: on the White Bird Amplification website.
  4. Customer in accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product may withdraw from the online sales contract without giving reasons within 10 days from the date of the purchase. Returned product is to be returned in unchanged condition, must have original packaging, complete equipment and accessories. The costs of returning the goods and the price of additional services made at the customer’s request, including delivery, are not refundable.
  5. The Store does not accept any cash on delivery shipments.
  6. You can order a paid modification to your White Bird Amplification device. The costs of individual modifications are set individually.
